Calendar for the West
ready for you, full of
exciting reviews and
interviews. With your
support and the help and
expertise of two
professional antique
dealers and estate
liquidators, we can
overcome the rise in
costs related to print
publication. (Remember,

Donations of antique
and vintage (before
1970) items are
suggested, such as:
Designer clothing,
costume jewelry, "real"
jewelry, textiles,
linens, blankets,
kitchen items, photos,
religious items, metals,
bronzes, ephemera, old
letters, paper, coins,
stamps, lamps, stereo
components (no
cabinets), picture
frames, paintings,
prints, pottery, china,
glass, dolls, toys,
Christmas items,
posters, tools, watches,
coins, sterling, small
furniture, pots,
knickknacks, sewing
tools and notions (no
sewing machines),
buttons, rugs, gardening
items, books, Asian
items, advertising,
display items, baskets,
jazz and rock LPs and
45s, comics, Judaica,
pens, musical
instruments, political
buttons, and any Hawaii
items.
Poetry Flash,
a nonprofit
organization, will
provide you with a tax
letter listing our tax
information and ID
number. Just as when you
donate goods to
nonprofits such as
Goodwill, you will
estimate the declared
value of your donated
items on the Poetry
Flash tax receipt
you will receive in the
mail. To arrange pickup
of items in a one
hundred mile radius of
Berkeley, please call
(510) 525-5476 and leave
a message.
