The tenth annual Berkeley Poetry Festival ceremony for the sixth BPF Lifetime Achievement Award presented by Berkeley City Councilmember Kriss Worthington to poet and teacher Clive Matson; event features a Sparring with Beatnik Ghosts performance with poets Daniel Yaryan, Marc Olmsted, and Suzi Kaplan Olmsted, and featured readers including Clive Matson, Jack and Adelle Foley, Mary Mackey, Gary Turchin, Julia Vinograd, Kirk Lumpkin, Joan Gatten, Alice Rogoff, Glen Ingersoll, Sharon Coleman, Jeanne Lupton, H.D. Moe, Mark Schwartz, and Jan Dove; arrive before 12:30 for a chance to read at the lottery open mic; the concurrent visual artwork “Art in the Atrium Festival,” will hang in the lobby, curated by Jan Dove and Marcia Poole, visual artists include Jan Dove, Sammuel M. Ribitch, Kristin Doner, Marcia Poole and Louis Cuneo, Jo-Anna Pippin, Yuksel Dinccag, Gary Turchin, Barry M.
