City Lights Books presents Pat Thomas, counterculture historian and music producer, celebrating his new book, Material Wealth: Mining the Personal Archive of Allen Ginsberg, a collection of previously unpublished historical paperwork, vintage photographs, and ephemera from one of the most prolific and influential poets of the Beat Generation, in conversation with Peter Hale, manager of Ginsberg's estate, co-presented with Powerhouse Books, City Lights Books, 261 Columbus Avenue, San Francisco, free, 7:00 pm PST (Register to attend: citylights.com/events)
